Debbie joined the NextHome Team with her Mid-West ethics and hard-working background.  Over the past 20 years, she has worked side-by-side with her husband of 26 years building a respectable, solution-based company. The business was mostly built on relationships earned with their clients which led to successful referral business in the medical industry working with business and practices alike to find, design, build, move and manage new facilities for their continued success.  Her diligence to assist her client’s find the right commercial property led to her desire to be more and do more for the businesses and their employees finding new homes for both. 

Debbie’s extensive business knowledge, magnetic personality, trustworthiness, loyalty and perseverance to succeed has proven successful in the past and she is confident it will continue to open new doors to continued long-term client relationships in her new Real Estate business!

Debbie’s daughter brought their family to the Tampa Bay Area when she decided to attend The University of Tampa in 2015.  Needless to say, Debbie, her husband and their son enjoyed the Bay Area so much they decided to stay!
